What We Collect
When you use ClassCore, we collect information necessary to provide the platform:
- Account information (name, email, role)
- Institution data (student records, financial data, academic records)
- Usage data (feature usage, login activity)
- Support communications
How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the ClassCore platform
- Respond to support requests
- Improve our services based on usage patterns
- Send essential service communications
We never sell your data. We never share student data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Security
All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We use role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms with SOC 2 compliance.
Data Ownership
Your institution owns its data. If you decide to leave ClassCore, we provide a complete data export within 30 days. After export, data is permanently deleted within 90 days.
Data Residency
We offer data residency options to ensure compliance with local regulations. Your data can be stored in the region of your choice.
