AI shortens the distance between feedback and a useful release.

We use AI across the delivery cycle to reduce avoidable manual effort—not to remove institutional judgment. That operating model helps keep customization charges low while preserving clear ownership.

ClassCore owned

Start with included hours. Add capacity only when you need it.

The delivery model can grow from a defined approved change to an institution-wide roadmap without moving the work outside ClassCore.

01

Included customization hours

Annual included hours match your active student count and are applied to approved customization work first.

02

Additional work at $5 per hour

When included capacity is used, additional approved customization can be scoped transparently at the published hourly rate.

03

Bulk customization packs

Plan a larger roadmap with an agreed hour pack, delivery cadence and visible usage balance.

04

Dedicated developer

Add a ClassCore-trained developer for a month or as an ongoing extension of your institutional team.

Questions institutions ask.

Customization is deliberately governed so fast delivery does not become uncontrolled change.

What can an institute request from inside ClassCore?

A request can cover a change to an existing module, workflow, screen, report, validation rule or connected institutional process. The ClassCore team separates configuration from product customization before effort is approved.

Who approves a customization request?

The institution's designated customer admin approves the request before delivery begins. The approval, request context and later release evidence remain attached to the change.

How are the free customization hours calculated?

One active student on the institution's annual ClassCore agreement provides one included customization hour. An institution with 1,000 active students therefore starts with 1,000 included hours for approved work.

How does AI affect the customization price?

AI helps reduce manual effort in understanding requests, implementation and validation preparation. ClassCore engineers still review, test and own release, allowing us to charge for the work more efficiently without treating quality as optional.

Show us the screen. Mark the change. Keep control of what ships.

Bring the institutional requirement into the product and let ClassCore turn an approved request into governed delivery.
