FAQs
How is the annual price calculated?
We bill for at least 500 students. The eligible annual subtotal uses the selected module rate, the SIS + ERP shared-cost bundle where applicable, and a 5% volume discount for each complete 500-student tier, capped at 30%. Migration and integrations are excluded until scoped.
What counts as an active student?
An active student is currently enrolled and using the institution’s ClassCore environment during the billing year. Graduated, archived or inactive records are not part of the calculator estimate.
Can modules be added later?
Yes. Start with any one priced module and add connected capabilities later. Their connected data model means SIS and ERP do not charge for overlapping submodules twice.
What is included in Digital Credentials?
Choose standards-based Open Badges 3 at $1 per student per year, or Hyperledger Fabric blockchain credentials at $5 per student per year. Both routes support QR-verifiable report cards, transcripts, transfer certificates, no-dues certificates and other institution-approved records.
How does the AI-enabled LMS upgrade work?
Start with the complete LMS at $6 per student per year. Add the AI-enabled upgrade for another $6 per student per year to include AI-assisted authoring, question generation, feedback, learner support and intervention signals. The upgrade cannot be purchased without the core LMS.
What comes with the Attendance module?
Attendance includes RFID cards, 12mm satin lanyards with institution branding, ID card holders, one student face-attendance device per 50 students and one staff face-recognition device per 400 students. Deployment quantities follow the billed student count and final site plan.
How are migration and integrations priced?
Migration and integrations are quoted separately because source-system quality, interface count, identity services, payment connections and rollout complexity differ by institution.
How is a ClassCore trainer deployment priced?
A trainer deployed to the institute is estimated at $115 per trainer-day with a minimum two-week, 14-day engagement. Select the number of days in the calculator to add the service. Trainer profile, availability and remaining details are shared in the formal quotation.
Is online product training included?
Yes. Live online training, session recordings and product documentation are included at no cost. We train no more than 30 staff members in one batch so the trainer can address individual questions effectively.
How do customization packs work?
Customization capacity is purchased in 50-hour packs. The first pack costs $250 and every additional pack costs $237.50, which is 5% lower. Purchased hours must be consumed within the first three years.
