An active student is currently enrolled and using the institution’s ClassCore environment during the billing year. Graduated, archived or inactive records are not part of the calculator estimate.
Yes. SIS remains the core student record, while ERP, Attendance and Digital Credentials can be added as your institution is ready. Their connected data model means you do not need to buy overlapping submodules twice.
The Digital Credentials module includes Hyperledger Fabric-backed issuance and standards-based Open Badges for report cards, transfer certificates, no-dues certificates and other institution-approved records that need third-party verification.
The Attendance suite brings student and staff attendance together with supported face-recognition and RFID capture paths, plus institution-branded identity cards and lanyards. Final hardware and print quantities are confirmed during ordering.
Migration and integrations are quoted separately because source-system quality, interface count, identity services, payment connections and rollout complexity differ by institution.
